Shipping and Handling:
All single common and foil cards are placed in a rigid
plastic top loader or hinged plastic case to ensure maximum protection during shipping. Strategy cards, complete sets and other merchandise featured in the store are shipped in protective packaging.
Three different shipping options are available from the U.S. Postal Service; First Class, Priority, and Express Mail. First Class mail
is available for $2.95 and Priority Mail service is $8.95. Express Mail service is $17.95 and is the fastest shipping
option with next day service to most locations otherwise it is a 2 day service. The table below summarizes the shipping options, approximate delivery times and fees. The shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment. In some cases it may take a couple of days to process the order.

Payment:
ShowdownCards.com accepts credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Paypal payments are accepted to our e-mail address support@showdowncards.com. To pay with Paypal when checking out simply select Paypal as your payment option and then follow the instructions. Orders paid via credit card are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. You will receive an email indicating when the orders are shipped. All prices are displayed and charged in USD currency.
Washington State residents pay 8.8 % sales tax. You must be 18 years or older to place an online order.
We also accept check or money orders. Send us an email at support@showdowncards.com with the cards you would like to buy. We will then send back a confirmation email with the order total and directions on how to submit an offline order.
We will ship the order when the funds are deposited.

Pricing Policy:
All cards offered on the site are in new condition. Card prices fluctuate according to a variety of factors including current market value and supply on hand.
ShowdownCards.com reserves the right to change card prices to reflect current market conditions and may do so
frequently. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. Credit
will not be given for any subsequent change in price. No exceptions.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can request a refund within 30 days. You are responsible
for paying the shipping charges to return the cards to Showdowncards.com. Merchandise
that are returned, are expected to be in unplayed condition in order for a full refund to be given. Packs and boxes must be unopened for a refund to be given.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the email invoice or packing slip invoice, is required for full reimbursement.
Refund will be given for the amount listed on the invoice or packing slip less the shipping and handling
charge (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.). Once we receive and process your

Back-Ordered Items:
Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item will take longer
than five business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. We will ship the
back-ordered item to you as it becomes available, and will not charge you another shipping fee. You will be
notified of these changes to your order via email. Your credit card is not charged until the item(s) are shipped.

Online orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, a security standard supported by Microsoft
Internet Explorer (3.0 and higher) and Netscape Navigator (2.0 and higher). Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) provides
sound privacy protection by encrypting the channel between the consumer (you) and
the merchant (ShowdownCards.com). Personal information such as your
name, address, and credit card number is encrypted (using 128-bit encryption) for transit over the Internet.
You can tell that your order is being processed using SSL by looking for the following: Check the URL -- it should begin with "https"
when you are entering your shipping/billing and credit card information. The "https"
indicates secure transaction processing via SSL. Also, the closed lock symbol in the frame of your browser window indicates secure processing.
